Exchanges

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have one week after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@streetan.co. Once your exchange request is confirmed, the shipping company we work with will sent you someone to pick up your package within 2 to 3 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.


For defected items, you may request a return at contact@streetan.co.

All discounted sales are final.
The store does not have a refund policy.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
